History
Boer Architects, Inc. was founded by Andrew Boer in 1988. Principals Paul Doperalski and Steve Korpal joined the firm in 1989 and 1998, respectively. The firm moved to its current location in downtown Milwaukee in 1989 and incorporated in 1995. Starting modestly from a small office in a private residence, the company has grown steadily and now provides full architectural services to a diverse client list. Projects that included small single-family homes and light commercial buildings when Mr. Boer and Mr. Doperalski first started have expanded to now include municipal, educational, commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily work, and military. The firm continues to work from downtown Milwaukee as a demonstration of its commitment to the City of Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin.
LEADERSHIP
Andrew Boer and his associates, Paul Doperalski and Steve Korpal bring strong management, design, and technical abilities to the firm via their diverse backgrounds, education and experience. They are able to provide highly personalized service and maintain direct involvement in all projects. During the course of completing a project, they work strictly in their clients' best interest, in effect functioning as their clients' advocate.
