Andrew Boer, AIA, NCARB

Andrew Boer established Boer Architects, Inc. in 1988. He has been a licensed architect since 1982 and is currently registered in Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona. He served in the United States Air Force from 1972-1976 and received both his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and his Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Boer is also NCARB certified and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
As the managing principal at Boer Architects, Inc. Mr. Boer oversees all major business functions including marketing and project development. He also leads the firm’s programming and design efforts on all major projects. As both a project architect and project manager Mr. Boer has designed and managed numerous projects including educational, municipal, commercial, military, retail and multi and single-family residential building types. He has significant experience in programming, building design, working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration.
His background has given him exceptional management and coordination skills in directing design and engineering teams toward the successful completion of large complex projects. The majority of his experience is in invasive renovations, restorations and adaptive reuse projects that provide remarkably improved built environments for the end users.
