This project completed renovation work begun in Phase II in 2018. The first and second floors of the Administration Wing were demolished and reconfigured to meet the program requirements of the military units assigned to this Readiness Center. The work provided all new MEP systems, interior finishes, restored the main entry lobby and historic Cav Room, upgraded men’s and women’s toilets, provided a new breakroom, offices, classrooms, physical training room, simulator lab, storage space and mechanical room. Two existing non-code compliant exit stairs were gutted and redesigned to meet exiting requirements of the IBC. Original terrazzo flooring and cove base in the corridors and lobby of the Administration Wing were saved, repaired and refinished.
