People often ask me, “hey Andrew,  how have you been able to stay in business for almost four decades?”  Without hesitation, I respond, “by praying to the marketing gods”.  Seriously though, the answer is simple – by providing great service to our clients.  Great service builds client trust and that trust rewards us.  We define “great service” as responding promptly to client emails, text messages and phone calls, meeting client deadlines and budgets and responding to their tough questions with straight answers.  We also listen to their concerns and solve their problems while not becoming one ourselves.  We expect this service from our staff and our consulting engineering partners that all benefit from the trust we’ve earned.
