Jordan Kawczynski joined Boer Architects, Inc.  in 2026 following her graduation from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Landscape and Urban Studies with a focus in Architecture and Integrative Design. Driven by a strong interest in real estate, she is also currently working towards a Master’s in Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona.

Jordan brings prior professional experience in architectural programming, space planning, on-site field measurements, and interior design selections. During her internship she was involved in commercial, hospitality, and higher education project types and coordinated with clients, reps, and brokers. As an Associate at Boer Architects, her role spans construction documentation, pre-design and detailed programming, interior finish selection, and firm marketing and social media management. Jordan is eager to expand her knowledge in architecture, interior design, and project management while she is immersed in the firm’s work. She is currently contributing to the pre-design phase for a Department of Natural Resources Fire Ranger Station and supporting work on a state military Readiness Center.

Jordan is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and SketchUp, and combines strong technical execution with clear communication and project organization. Her ultimate career goal is to transition into commercial and hospitality real estate development, where she can channel her creative vision and transform initial concepts into thriving, financially viable developments.
