Designed as small single family homes, these guest houses were envisioned to group together to appear as a larger building and to create private outdoor space for their inhabitants. These buildings would have been surrounded on two sides by the sprawling Quad/Graphics, Inc. Sussex printing plant.

This facility was intended to be utilized for temporary lodging, dining and meeting functions by employees, guests and clients of Quad/Graphics, Inc.
