Mother of Good Counsel Elementary School Additions and Alterations Milwaukee, Wisconsin 1997 Additions and alterations to elementary school facilities which comprise the first phase of a multi-phase master development plan previously provided for the facility.

Alterations include accessibility work to entries, circulation and toilets, expansion and renovation of gymnasium facilities including new concessions and sports floor, provision of a new electrical service for the facility, including extensive updating and code compliance to building emergency power, exit lighting, security fire alarm and smoke detection, and renovation of HVAC systems in portions of the facility.

Alterations and additions are performed within the parameters established in the master development plan to ensure ease of integration of future development phases.
