Boer Architects was founded by Andrew Boer in 1988. In 1989 Paul Doperalski joined the firm as a principal and their offices relocated to downtown Milwaukee. The firm incorporated as Boer Architects, Inc. in January, 1995. Starting modestly from a small office in a private residence, the company has grown steadily and now employs eight full time staff.
