Additions and renovations to the high-rise building at the Hillside Terrace Housing Development, a HUD funded project, included new offices, furnishings and office systems, new resident restrooms and facilities, and additions to improve building function, security and accessibility.

As well, an integrated door security/camera surveillance system was installed, based on the City of Milwaukee card access system and interfaced with automatic door operations. Interior and exterior camera surveillance and a complete reinstallation of light and air conditioning were also integral to the project.
