Qualifications

Andrew Boer has been a practicing architect in the State of Wisconsin since 1979. He has been a project architect/manager on a variety of building types including schools, restaurants, retail stores, office buildings, medical clinics, apartment buildings, condominiums, and single-family homes.
He has significant experience in program analysis, building design, working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration. His background has given him exceptional management and coordination skills in directing design and engineering teams toward the successful completion of large complex projects. The majority of his experience has been in completing building remodelings, renovations and restorations.
Co-authored the Earth Shelter Handbook
Published in 1980.
